About this concept

The postposition را (rā) marks definite direct objects. Placed after the object noun. Omitted for indefinite objects. Essential for correct SOV sentence construction.

Examples

من کتاب را خواندم.I read the book. (definite → use را)

من کتاب خواندم.I read a book. (indefinite → no را)
